feat(s3): add secret for s3-user

Adding ./internal/res/testresource-s3-user-config.yaml

It is a real account for applications that depend on it for testing reasons. Maybe starting a Minio on k3s could mock this better, i don't know, though.

The biggest downside is that we now have a dependency to external resources.
